Chemical Aura

Some people have magnetism. It may be animal or social or "other," but the true magnetism is not realized by its owner.

First there is sexual magnetism. This person is incredibly unaware of their power. For instance, upon meeting the sexually magnetized man it is like being hit with 3 tons of testosterone. All they have to do is lean against a wall and cross their arms and you find yourself trying hard to keep your jaw open. They may not be overly attractive or physically overbearing. The magnatism exists purely in their chemical "aura".

This holds true for social magetism. There doesn't have to be much the person says to attract crowds. They need only exist in one area to draw anything with two legs. Once three people are in the crowd others join because it looks interesting. And though the mageter may be hidden by bodies the crowd still revolves around him.

Then there is the person who wishes to be left alone by the magnetees. Not just any magnetees, but desperate, weepy, needy magnetees who have no life outside of the hub. The magneter may not have that chemical "aura" but rather a sweetness of disposition that doesn't allow them to turn aside the annoying magnetees.

Which is a problem because the third magneter wishes they could be in the second group but can't because they have a crowd of their own.

"'Why, you have nearly finished it, Mr. Frodo!' Sam exclaimed. ... 'I have quite finished, Sam,' said Frodo. 'The last pages are for you.'"
