Crowned Pink
27 February, 2005 : 3:45 p.m.

I took out my stock photo cd to look for a clipart crown I could modify for Em's logo. Instead I found a fortune cookie picture which said, "You can run at the speed of light." I grinned and decided to change the saying, hence, my new "Make plans to be spontaneous" on the entry page and the other new pic on the archives page. I also changed the page title from "The World Through My Porthole" to "From Sea to Chop Suey". The long and the short of it is that I'm highly desirous for some Chinese.

Lalalala...

It's warmish outside today, but it's supposed to snow tomorrow. I guess the weather didn't get my memo about Spring yet.

Goals for today:
* Em's logo
* Finish the painting for tomorrow's class
* Work on the Expository Writing essay thingamajigs
* Eyebrows
* Sleep
* Study guide for H of A II midterm

I don't know what will actually get completed, though. Probably the first two and the fifth. I plead the fifth!

Anywho...

Renee had dinner with us last night. Mucho fun, it's been almost two months since we've had a chance to just hang out. She and Will got me the Arwen Pendant Holder for my birthday! *pomfs* What sweethearts!! When I clean my room from this mess of still-life and clothes and canvas and easel I'll display it on my desk.

Pete and I watched "The Adventures of Huck Finn" after Mass this morning. Mas itself was great with an impassioned homily by Fr. Jonathan. One day I will do those two paintings. Haha!

And now off to do things I really should be doing.

"'Why, you have nearly finished it, Mr. Frodo!' Sam exclaimed. ... 'I have quite finished, Sam,' said Frodo. 'The last pages are for you.'"
