There is this crazed gleam they all have. Like the horses about to bolt, the whites of their eyes flash dangerously. Especially when there's fresh meat abroad. Converging upon their prey they fight over the choice pieces. Then, like the sickos they are, they begin to stroke, talk to, and paw their new play toys. Of course it's always more dangerous when there are no toys left. Yes, it's a scary day when the Beanie Collectors come out.

"'Why, you have nearly finished it, Mr. Frodo!' Sam exclaimed. ... 'I have quite finished, Sam,' said Frodo. 'The last pages are for you.'"
